Nalini Anantharaman elected to the French Academy of Sciences

The French Academy of Sciences has elected Nalini Anantharaman, Chair of Mathematics at USIAS and full professor at the University of Strasbourg's Institute for Advanced Mathematical Research (IRMA), as a new member. The reception ceremony for the newly elected members will take place on Tuesday 2 June 2020 at the Institut de France in Paris.
Since its creation in 1666, the French Academy of Sciences has been dedicated to the development of science and advises the government in this area. This independent body is under the patronage of the French President, and is one of the five academies of the Institut de France.
