Workshop - The religion of Bossuet : Bossuet preacher, spiritual, theologian

After the workshop organised at the University of Paris 4 by Gérard Ferreyrolles in 2004, for the 300th anniversary of Bossuet's death (publication), two workshops will be organised in the frame of the USIAS Fellowship to present the state of the art in Bossuet studies.

The first workshop will be focussed on Bossuet as clergyman and theologian, author of numerous sermons, orations, and preaching as well as several texts on protestantism, judaism and papacy.
