Tomas Hellström
Tomas Hellström is Professor in Management, Politics and Philosophy at Lund University. His research focuses on the dynamics of technological change/innovation, management of research and research policy, with special reference to research evaluation and technological foresight. Recent work has investigated the governance of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and models for evaluating strong research and innovation environments, as well as assessment of technological opportunities in the energy sector.
